PRIMARY PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for revenue generation through the sale of property and media assets as well as the creation, development and implementation of the overall strategic marketing direction of the shopping center.  The Director of Marketing will be responsible for marketing and selling the assets of the mall to consumers, advertisers, marketing companies and the surrounding business community.

Receptionist, full time, hourly

The Receptionist is the central contact for customers entering the bank. This person ensures the efficient distribution of all incoming telephone calls to the proper person or department.  Knowledge and use of a multi-line telephone system is preferred. Highest level of customer service, patience, courtesy and tact are necessary skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient working with computers and Microsoft computer programs (word, excel, power point etc). The receptionist will be asked to perform various administrative duties for the Area Managers and the Community Banking Director. The ability to multitask and handle confidential sensitive material with a high level of integrity is a necessity.  Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.

High school diploma or equivalency required.  General knowledge of bank products and services and various bank departments is a plus.  Ability to exhibit NBC core values at all times: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Accountability are a requirement.

The eService’s Support Specialist is responsible for performing operational duties of the eServices Department. The eService’s Support Specialist is responsible for training, installing and supporting the bank’s eService products and services to new clients and for the expansion of existing client relationships. This position will assist the eServices department as directed, providing a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel.
